"Pretty straightforward to put together"
I ordered from jumpking and the instructions were sorta easy to follow, which made the whole setup a lot less stressful. Everything was laid out step by step, so I wasn’t constantly guessing what piece went where. It did take a bit of time to put together, but nothing was really confusing. The clear pictures definitely helped too

"Helpful eventually, but too many vague promises"
Customer service did get back to me and answer my question, but it definitely took longer than I expected. They kept giving those vague “we’ll look into it” type promises, which was kind of frustrating when I just wanted a clear update. Once someone finally replied properly, they were nice and helped sort everything out. Not a terrible experience, just slower than I’d like if you need quick help.

"Accessories fit my old trampoline perfectly"
I bought a ladder and a cover for our old jumpking trampoline and both ended up fitting really well. I was a bit unsure about the sizing at first, but the compatibility information made it much easier to choose the right ones. Really pleased with it overall, and it feels good to have the trampoline sorted again.

"Good Warranty Support in My Experience"
I had an issue with one part on my trampoline, so I reached out to Jump King about the warranty. It did take a couple of days to hear back, which wasn’t ideal, but from my experience they handled it fairly and got the spare part sent out. Not the fastest service ever, but I felt they were helpful enough, and I’d use them again.

"Better bounce than I expected"
I bought this from jumpking.eu mostly for the kids, though I’ll admit I’ve had a few goes on it myself. I was a bit worried at first about being fooled by all the good claims online and ending up with something flimsy, but it’s actually been really solid. The bounce is better than I expected, springy without feeling too soft or unsafe. We’ve had it up for a few weeks now and it still doesn’t feel flat. The kids are on it nearly every day, so I’m happy with it...

"I had to return an item because…"
I had to return an item because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I was expecting the whole thing to be a hassle, but it was actually straightforward. Customer service got back to me quickly, which was a relief. The only annoying part was waiting for the refund after they received the item back because I’m not exactly patient with that kind of thing. Still, it came through after a few days and I didn’t have to chase anyone, so overall I’m happy with how it went

"Solid trampoline, but setup felt a bit rushed"
The trampoline feels steady and safe so far. My kids have been on it most days, and even with two of them jumping at the same time, it doesn’t wobble much. Setup did take longer than I expected, and I felt a little pressured trying to get it finished quickly because the kids were so excited to use it. Overall though, I’m happy with it. 4 stars.

I didn’t expect much because it was cheaper than I thought it would be, and I was kind of waiting for it to feel flimsy or poorly made. So far though, it actually feels strong and solid. I’m still a little cautious about how it’ll hold up long term, but for the price, I’m happy with it.

"Easy to put together, even when I was wiped out"
I was feeling mentally drained when we started putting this together, so I was expecting it to be a hassle. But it ended up being way easier than I thought. The instructions actually made sense, and my brother and I had it up quickly. Stress-free overall.

"Such a relief everything was included"
I ordered a trampoline from jumpking.eu and felt so relieved when we opened the box and found every single part was there, right down to the tiny screws and little bits. Nothing was missing, so we could start building it straight away without any stress or frustration. It’s such a good feeling when an order is complete and you don’t have to chase anything up. Really happy with it!

I ordered a trampoline from Jump King and I was mostly just hoping the delivery wouldn’t turn into a hassle. It arrived when they said it would, the tracking actually worked, and the driver was polite too. The boxes were all in good condition, with no damage and nothing missing. Happy overall. It’s just nice when a big delivery shows up properly and you don’t have to chase anyone, you know..

This trampoline feels really sturdy and well made. My kids are on it pretty much every day and it has held up great so far. I do wish the padding was a little thicker but overall I’m happy with it

Am I the only one who found the sizes a little odd? I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the fit didn’t really match what I’d consider my usual size. Definitely worth double-checking the size chart or maybe ordering a couple sizes if you’re unsure.

"Getting in is a little awkward"
The trampoline itself is fine, no real complaints there. It’s just the enclosure opening that feels kind of awkward to get in and out of, especially for the kids. Like... it works, but it could definitely be easier

"Great support after a small hiccup"
Had a tiny issue with one of the parts after delivery and thought, here we go, this is going to be a hassle. But it wasn’t at all. I contacted support, they got back to me quickly, and they sorted it without making a big drama out of it. A few days later the replacement part turned up and that was that. Really pleased with the after-sales service, and I’d definitely use Jumpking again.

I ordered from jumpking and it arrived much quicker than I thought it would . Everything was straightforward , the tracking worked fine , and the box turned up in good condition . No complaints from me .
